Product Description: A unique solvent-based, V.O.C. compliant impregnator sealer, which penetrates grout, stone and
masonry surfaces to protect against water and oil staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Non-yellowing,
long lasting. Will not change surface appearance. Will not alter proper cure time on new grout.
Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 1,000 ft.² per gallon dependant on porosity of stone. Two coats are
recommended for optimum performance. Cure time: 24 hrs. / repels water, 72 hrs. / fully cured.
Directions: Always test product in an inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Surface must be sound,
thoroughly clean free from waxes, sealants or coatings of any kind. For best results, use Stone Pro's Formula 51 stripper
before applying Porous Pro. Apply product evenly using a low-pressure sprayer or lamb's wool applicator. Do not dilute in
anyway.
Caution: Combustible. Keep away from heat, open flame, sparks and/or any possible ignition source. Keep work area well
ventilated. Gloves and goggles should be worn at all times. Respirator suggested in larger areas or non-ventilated areas.
